Service Level Agreement (SLA’s) are put into place and are tailored to suit each clients’ unique requirements. This details the equipment that is to be maintained and the frequency thereof, making sure the clients are always aware of what services they are receiving.
Centrotech offers maintenance history, status on equipment, planned service summary and maintenance check-listing on all associated equipment which is maintained by us for each client.
We ensure that all concerns are addressed and the correct solutions are provided, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and that their sites are always running effectively

Training Initiatives
We pride ourselves on our staff, who are extensively trained. The development of personnel, including
their attitudes, knowledge and core competencies are amongst the highest in the industry and receive high
priority from management.
All employees undergo in-house training, and we have been working in conjunction MerSETA to assist in the training of previously disadvantaged members of the community. We see this as an integral part of ensuring that there are enough qualified air conditioning technicians in the future, as there is a serious lack of them presently.
